* Late payments may result in suspension of services, project delays, or additional fees where permitted.
* All payments made through the portal are final unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

* Maintain the confidentiality of their account information.
* Use the portal only for lawful purposes.
* Review invoices promptly and notify SkyCloud Digital of any concerns in a timely manner.

5. Service Availability

SkyCloud Digital makes reasonable efforts to maintain portal availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, outages, or third-party service interruptions may occur.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, documentation, workflows, and materials provided by SkyCloud Digital remain the property of SkyCloud Digital unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SkyCloud Digital shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the portal or services.

8. Third-Party Services
